Returns & Cancellations

We check all orders for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition.

However, if your order contains a damaged item you may inform us for the issue, and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. Should your order be missing an item, please email us at and provide us with your invoice number so that we may rectify the problem.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store.

General refund policy

You have the right to return the goods you bought within 14 days, no later than the date of delivery
(art. 4 par. 10 EU law 2251/1994).
Shipping costs are borne by the sender.

In case of error of our company, or sending wrong goods or goods that have a defect or lack the agreed quality, you have the right to return them and request their replacement or payment of the price you paid.

In case of use of the goods or alteration of its original condition, the return is not accepted.

In addition, for all the above cases the goods to be replaced / returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases the goods to be replaced / returned must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies them and must be in excellent condition, along with all the documents which accompanied them (eg DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with a representative of the Customer Service Department of our company.
In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the conditions that it takes place within a maximum of 14 days from receipt according to article 4 par. 10 of law 2251/1994, the product has not been used and is accompanied by all necessary documents , which prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. etc.). We reserve the right not to accept refunds that do not comply with the General Return Policy and to refuse to refund the amount originally paid as compensation.
Once a representative of the Customer Service Department confirm the refund our company will proceed to the refund in 1-2 days .

In the case of a return , the first thing you have to do is to contact us through mail to or to and explain us the situation

1. Return the goods enclosing the retail receipt (if you are an individual) or a relevant shipping note (if you are a company) within 14 days of
date of issue of the invoice or receipt.
2. We do not bear any responsibility for parcels that may be lost on return before they reach us. That is why we recommend that you use your regular mail with with registered shipment that is very important to receive tracking number of the parcel and we can find the shipment at any time.
3. The value of the returned goods will be offset against the value of the goods to be replaced.

For any deviations in your order please inform us immediately. If you received the wrong items, we are deeply sorry about that. Follow the Returns process and send the order back to us at our expense. Any replacement will be sent to you at no charge to you.
